  The ST100 series time-frequency synthesizer test instrument is a professional device that integrates a variety of time and frequency function indicator tests in one. The device is controlled by a touch screen, which is characterized by its convenient operation and compact size. It integrates various time-frequency test functions such as frequency testing, time code measurement, clock analysis, network measurement, and high-precision remote measurement, and also has an oscilloscope function built-in, which facilitates operators in carrying out operations, testing, and calibration work.
  The built-in frequency test function of the ST100 series time-frequency synthesizer test instrument can test the stability and accuracy of the measured input signal using an external clock signal or the built-in Rubidium clock/Crystal oscillator as a reference.
