　　The ST14/25 series is a high-frequency ultra-low noise product line developed by our company, with output frequencies ranging from 50 to 100MHz. It features ultra-low phase noise and is characterized by its small size and low power consumption.

The ST14 Series

Ultra-small packaging design: The smallest low-noise oven-controlled crystal oscillator in the industry, with dimensions of 14mm * 14mm * 8mm.

Low phase noise design: -135dBc/Hz at 100Hz; -165dBc/Hz at 1KHz; -178dBc/Hz at 100Hz (100MHz).

Low power consumption design: Stable power consumption of 0.8W.

Excellent vibration resistance: Equipped with SC-cut TO-5 type low acceleration sensitivity vibration-resistant crystal oscillators, specifically designed for airborne and missile platforms.

The ST25 Series

Ultra-low phase noise design: -140dBc/Hz at 100Hz; -168dBc/Hz at 1kHz; -185dBc/Hz at 100kHz (for a 100MHz frequency).

High power output design: Output power can reach up to 18dBm.

High temperature stability: 100MHz: 5E-8 over the temperature range of -55°C to +85°C.
